Souber CDIS
A system for opening failed multipoint locks on composite doors. This kit is for release on the inside of inward opening doors. Correspondingly, it could also work from the outside for outward opening doors.
It comes with 2 hands free ‘spreaders’ to create a 7mm gap between the door and frame. A door and frame protector is then inserted over the failed hooks.
This kit requires the use of a 12 volt compact reciprocating saw with a stroke of 12-16mm and no more.
It does not work with regular reciprocating saws which have 30mm strokes.
Comprises:
• 2 x Spreaders.
• 1 x 100mm Ball Ended Hex Driver.
• 1 x Long Arm Hex Key.
• Single Piece Door and Frame Protector (Type 1).
• Two Piece Door and Frame Protector (Type 2).
• 1 x Magi Blade for 44mm thick Door.
• 1 x Magi Blade for 55mm thick Door (also suits 44mm thick doors with architrave).
• Carry Case.
Magi Blades® should only be used with the machines below with a 3Ah battery - fully charged - and ideally, a spare....
